Refund policy

We hope that you love your Word Up products, but If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, at wordupstudiouk@gmail.com, so we can help resolve your issue or arrange a return. 

Items must be in their original, saleable condition, including packaging and buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. For all returns and refunds, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail and process the refund due as soon as possible.
